Field Marshal Montgomery, of Northern Ireland, won the European Championships in the weekend, ending a run of unfortunate contests for the World Champions. Scottish & British champions St Laurence O’Toole had to settle for second, but still lead the Champion of Champions by 3 points, over Shotts & Dykehead.
All eyes will be on the Worlds to see who will claim the title. With SFU & 78th Frasers in the mix, as well as other international heavy-weights, it will be an exciting Worlds this year.
